Mark A. Pilney
Recognized as one of Minnesota’s top mediators, Mark applies the same communication skills required in his litigation practice with an emphasis on identifying and listening to the specific concerns of the parties and their attorneys. Mark also regularly serves as an arbitrator in single and multi panel arbitration cases.
James A. (Jay) Reding, Jr.
Jay has been a Minnesota Supreme Court Qualified ADR Neutral for mediation and arbitration since 1996 and has mediated and arbitrated many cases primarily involving personal injury matters.
